开放登记 for the upcoming year takes place in November. Eligible employees can review their benefit coverage options and make selections for the upcoming calendar year.

保险公司 contribution limits have increased to $4,单人间150元/$8,300 for plans with dependents and University 保险公司 funding returns for eligible employees. Embedded out-of-pocket maximum for 保险公司-Eligible in-Network 治愈th plans has been increased to $9,000.

1月1日生效, 2024, Navitus will be the administrator of the University pharmacy benefits that are included in the 治愈th plan enrollment. This change will allow the University to continue to offer cost-effective 治愈th care plans with an excellent member experience.

The process to enroll in benefits varies by the benefit type. Review these instructions to find out which benefits require you to take action and where to enroll.

Action is required if you want to
- Elect Group Universal 人寿保险 for the first time
- Increase your Group Universal 人寿保险 coverage by 1x your annual salary, 如果符合条件, up to the lesser of 6x your annual salary or $1,000,000 without submitting proof of good 治愈th (elections above this require proof of good 治愈th and applicants previously declined coverage must also provide proof of good 治愈th).

退休人员做 不 通过人力资源管理系统登记福利. To 做出改变 to your 治愈th and/or dental plans, email retireebenefits@ur.罗彻斯特.edu to request an open enrollment form. If you are Medicare eligible, please contact Via 好处 at 1-833-945-1110 to make any changes to your 治愈th plans.
