The University of Rochester’s 工作目录 is your one-stop-shop for gaining line of sight to opportunities and career paths, understanding where your role fits within our organization, learning about the University’s many diverse roles, exploring career paths of interest, and identifying skill growth and development opportunities.
Use the interactive 工作目录 to see details for every job, including:
- 职称
- 工作代码
- 职业流
- 工作类别组 和工作家庭
- 工作水平
- 支付范围
- General Purpose (job summary) (coming in March 2024)
- Knowledge and Experience (coming in March 2024)
- Essential Duties (coming in Fall 2024)

Navigation quick guide
Step 1: Narrow your search criteria – 职业流s + 工作水平s
From the 工作目录 home page, you can click on one or more job levels and/or career streams to narrow your search results. Selecting a career stream button will include all jobs within that career stream in your search results. Once you have selected the job level(s) and career stream(s) you’re interested in, click on the 工作目录 button in the upper left corner.
Step 2: Narrow your search criteria – 工作类别组s and Job Families and/or keyword search
You can narrow your search results further on the 工作目录 page.
(A) Filter Job Family
- Select 工作类别组(s) from the drop-down on the left.
- Click outside of the drop-down menu to see your results.
- Repeat using the Job Families drop-down on the right to further filter your results.
和/或
(B) 搜索 for a keyword
- Enter a keyword or job title in the search bar at the top of the page.
- Results will update to jobs including that keyword/title.
Step 3: Review job profiles
(C) Select a job profile by clicking on the job title in the results table.
(D) The job profile appears on the right side of your screen. The general purpose and knowledge and experience situations are an enhancement coming on March 18, 2024.
